City’s beautification to be revived again, says LG Minister

“We have to make Peshawar that attractive globally for tourists and investors so that this historic city gain its glory of the past,” he added.

The Minister said that Peshawar nourished our generations but its beauty was marred gradually due to wrong and neglect policies of the previous regimes and PDA had to ensure its beautification. He said plantations and footpaths at both sides of the roads and highways was must to contribute in making its environment pleasant.

He expressed the confidence that PDA engineers and architects would work tirelessly to reshape Peshawar as the most beautiful city of the country. “This is only possible when PDA shows its worth by the dint of executing its numerous development schemes at large,” he concluded.
