Expo Centre Hyderabad to restore, signs MoU

HYDERABAD: Expo Centre Hyderabad will be restored after signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between federal and provincial governments for which the required documents have been provided to Commissioner Hyderabad.

This was informed by the Deputy Director Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Ashiq Hussain Khoso while addressing the members of Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry here at HCSTSI secretariat on Tuesday.

He informed that after completion of due process, a new governing body for Expo Centre will be formed and assured that HCSTSI representation will be ensured in the body.

He further informed that TDAP has been engaged in organizing awareness seminars on mangoes, rice, industries, agriculture training and other important topics with objectives to create awareness among the traders and exporters to take advantage of the incentives which were announced by the government. In this connection, he informed that TDAP will organize eight awareness

seminars on different topics.

The President HCSTSI Saleemuddin Qureshi in his welcome address appreciated the efforts of the federal government and emphasized the need of organizing awareness seminars on bangles, mangoes and vegetables so that the exporters could export the same after completion of required formalities.
