Researchers must address societal problems: Dr Zafar Iqbal
FAISALABAD: Researchers should come up with tangible researches aimed at addressing problems of society and people in order to attain development and prosperity, said University of Agriculture Faisalabad Vice Chancellor Dr Zafar Iqbal.
He was addressing an orientation of teaching assistants of MPhil and PhDs, arranged by the Directorate of Academics and Teaching Resource
Centre, University of Agriculture Faisalabad as chief guest.
Director Academics Dr Ghulam Murtaza said that 120 teaching assistants were being provided orientation and the university was striving to ensure modern teaching methods to meet the challenges of the modern era.
Endowment Fund Director Dr Mohammad Jaffar Jaskani said that training would improve their teaching skills to maintain class environment conductive for better training.
Quality Enhancement Cell Director Dr Abdul Khaliq, Dr Ayesha also spoke on the occasion.
