208 cases registered for violation of sound system, security ordinances, wall-chalking ban

RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Police have registered 208 cases against violators of Sound System, Security, Punjab Information of Temporary Residence ordinances and wall-chalking ban.

According to a police spokesman, Pirwadhai, Waris Khan, Bani, Sadiqabad, Cantt, Naseerabad, R.A.Bazar, Race Course, Civil Line, Airport, Morgah, Taxila, Wah Cantt and Saddar Baroni Police registered booked Mumtaz Qureshi, Jan Muhammad, Rizwan, Niaz, Naseer, Asad, Yaqub, Gul Rehman, Rehmat Sultan, Habib ur Rehman, Shoukat, Adil, Kashif Mughal, Waqas, Arif, Shoaib, Akram, Yasin, Umar Khan, Shafique, Ali Raza, Ali Khan and others on violation of Punjab Information of Temporary Residence Ordinance.

Similarly, Waris Khan Police, Sadiqabad, R.A.Bazar, Taxila, Wah Cantt, Gujar Khan and Murree police lodged FIRs against Alam Shah Bukhari, Sohail, Mehtab Shah, Nadeem, Faisal, Sajid Khan, Javed, Sufi Abdul Rauf and others for violation of wall-chalking ban.

Likewise, Waris Khan, Cantt, Civil Line, Airport, Wah Cantt, Kalar Syedan and Murree police booked Kashif, Abdul Jabbar, Abdul Qayyum, Abdullah, Mian Khan, Jamal, Daniyal and others on the charge of violating of Punjab Security Ordinance.

Accused Behram Khan, Qari Amjad, Hasan Ahmed, Abid Hassan, Shafique, Mohammad Arif and others were booked by Waris Khan, R.A.Bazar, Taxila, Gujar Khan and Saddar Baroni police stations for violation of Sound System Ordinance.
