76 posts recommended for GB’s four new districts

GILGIT:The provincial government of Gilgit Baltistan has recommended to create 76 posts for the new four districts and a summary in this regard had been sent to the chief minister for approval.

Soon after announcing new districts, the GB government had formed a committee headed by Minister for Law Aurangzeb Khan advocate to sort out legal hitches in this regard.

According to official sources, the committee had recommended eight posts of grade 18, four of grade 17, four of grade 16, 20 of grade 14, 16 of grades five and ten posts of grade one.

Those posts would be adjusted in GB police department, education, health and works department.

A notification regarding the establishment of new four districts would be issued before eid while after Eid deputy commissioners and SPs would be posted for the new districts, the sources added.
