PESHAWAR:Parliamentary Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly for Anti-Corruption, Dr Haider Ali Friday directed officers of the department for early completion of all ongoing high-level inquires in the province.
He issued these directives while presiding over a meeting here. Director Anti-Corruption, Zaibullah Khan, Assistant Director, Aslam Nawaz and others higher authorities attended the meeting.
The parliamentary secretary for anti-corruption further said that anyone found involved in corruption and malpractices will face action and no-leniency with be showed in this regard.
In his presentation on the occasion, he said that inquiries against senior officials and others who are
alleged involved in corruption and other matters have been initiated and their corruption
will be unveiled very soon.
Dr Haider Ali warned all officers for avoiding illegal acts and vowed to continue investigations against all officers without succumbing to any pressure. He said that it is time to come on one platform and abolish corruption.
He said that a high-level meeting has been convened next week, which will also be attended by the administrative of different secretaries, saying mission in this regard will be taken forward with their consultations.
The parliamentary secretary said that the provincial government has left no stone unturned in the eradication of corruption and the province is corruption free. He said that before the government of PTI all governments instead of abolishing increased corruption, while the present provincial government has abolished corruption.
