CTP received more than 1,398 phone calls in 2017

RAWALPINDI: The City Traffic police received more than 1,398 phone calls from road users seeking help or guidance in the 2017.

According to details, the calls received related to complaints of public service vehicles, misbehaving, route violation, overcharging, road accidents, one wheeling by youngsters and serious traffic violations.

Chief Traffic Officer Yousaf Ali Shahid said that strict action would be taken against the violators and no one would be allowed to violate the law.

He urged citizens to register their complaints on helpline 1915, 051-9272616 or to get guidance.
