DC warns removal of CNG cylinders from passenger vehicles by October 16

MIRPURKHAS:The Deputy Commissioner Mirpurkhas Zahid Hussain Memon has warned owners of passenger vehicles to remove the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) cylinders from their vehicles by October 16, other wise legal action would be taken.

He issued the warning while presiding over a meeting of CNG station and transporters, held at Darbar hall here on Thursday.

The DC said that CNG kit in passenger vehicles pose danger for the commuters life.

He also called for stern action against the bus operators involved in over loading and over charging fares than fixed by the government.

The meeting was attended by transporters, CNG station owners besides the respective districts officials.
