PESHAWAR:Former member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly Malik Farmis Khan was killed over a land dispute at Pari Bangla Kohistan.
According to the eyewitnesses, former MPA Malik Farmis Khan received a spade blow on his head when the other party with whom he was negotiating to settle dispute over four Marla started quarreling.
Locals have immediately shifted the ex MPA to the hospital where he was referred to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad but unfortunately when he succumbed to his injuries while on the way to hospital.
As news of his death reaches his village, people of his tribe gathered at Pari Bangla and started protest . Police immediately reached at the spot and brought situation under control by arresting two people involved in his killing. The deceases Malik Farmis Khan was chief of his tribe.
