Tajdeed-e-Ehad programme started to express solidarity with Kashmiris

FAISALABAD: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) started Tajdeed-e-Ehad programme regarding Kashmir Solidarity/Culture here on Tuesday.

The UAF took out a rally from Clock Tower to express solidarity with people of Indian Held Kashmir. UAF Vice Chancellor Dr Zafar Iqbal Randhawa led the walk.

Earlier, the vice chancellor also inaugurated an exhibition about Kashmiris’ struggle for their right of self-determination.

Talking to the participants, Dr Zafar Iqbal Randhawa said that India was suppressing the voice of Kashmiris of their right of self-determination through atrocities.

He said that the day renewed pledge to seek a solution to the longstanding dispute in accordance with the UN resolutions and aspirations of Kashmiri people.Different events, including exhibition, walks, movie on Kashmir Day, poster exhibitions, debating contests, dramas and cultural performance, and other events would also be held under the Tajdeed-e-Ehad programme.
