Trump should realize sacrifices of 70,000 countrymen in war against militancy, says Durrani

NOWSHERA: Federal Minister for Housing and former Chief Minister KP Akram Khan Durrani Friday praised Qazi Hussain Ahmed saying his services for the restoration of democracy and bringing religious parties on a single platform would always be remembered.

Addressing a condolence reference at Nowshera Press Club in connection with 6th death anniversary of former Ameer Jamate Islami Qazi Hussain Ahmed (Late), he said that restoration of MMA today can rightly be credited to the vision of Late JI Chief.

Durrani said that restoration of MMA would strengthen religious parties and would also pave the way for their victory in next elections. He said after winning elections MMA would take necessary

steps for the implementations of Shariah in the country.

Federal Minister said that country is passing through a critical stage and keeping in view the existing situation; all the political parties should shun their differences and join hands for the

sovereignty of the country.

Criticizing the US President, he said that Donald Trump is unaware of the norms of diplomacy

adding he has targeted a nation that would not desist from making any sacrifices for the sake of

country and its people. He said that Donald Trump should realize the sacrifices of 70,000 countrymen in war against militancy.

The ceremony among other was attended by Central General Secretary ANP Mian Iftikhar Hussain, Provincial Ameer JI Mushtaq Ahmed, MNA Sahibzada Tariqullah, District Ameer JI Haji Anwarul Islam, Mohtamim Jamia Usmani Mufti Ghulamur Rehman and Ameer Jamiat Ulmae Pakistan Maulana Farid.
