ISLAMABAD: As many as thirty one male and female teachers from Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), participating in the first Early Childhood Education (ECE) Master Trainer Course, were awarded course completion certificates held on Thursday at Fazaia College of Education for Women, Peshawar.
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra was the chief guest on the occasion. He distributed certificates among the teachers on culmination of the training course and lauded the services of Fazaia College of Education for Women and urged its faculty to become a major stakeholder of quality research in the profession of teaching.
He hoped that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) would continue to contribute in nation building through its services in the field of education.
It is pertinent to mention that Fazaia College of Education for Women would provide free of charge education to FATA students under a memorandum of understanding signed between FATA Secretariat and PAF.
The present course was the first in the series in the realm of teacher training.
