CDA conducting survey for development of C-15

ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA), has formally started the development work on service road of C-15 after successful dialogue with built-up property (BUP) affectees.

Land Survey and Sector Development directorates are conducting the joint survey of the sector for further development and construction.

According to the CDA official, Rs 380 million contract was awarded to the private firm Aurangzaib and Company for the development of the C-15.

He said that after the completion of survey, the work of cut fill and road levelling would be started.

The official said the authority will provide all basic civic facilities to the allotees of the sector C-15.

Sector C-15 is located on the prime location between the valley of the Margalla Hills having the area of 3,850 kanals where 1,883 plots will be developed with the breakup of 1,054 plots measuring 50×90 size and 829 plots of 25×50 size.

Meanwhile the CDA has also floated the tender for the access road of the D-12 and E-12 which would be helpful to connect the Sector E-12 with D-12.

The official said that the project of access road was lingered for many years but the present management has decided to start the construction work on the road.

He said that after the completion of this service road the people of nearby sectors would also get benefit.
