Experts call for collective efforts to bring peace, stability in Afghanistan

ISLAMABAD: Expert Afghan Affairs Aqeel Yousafzai has said on Saturday Pakistan wants peace and stability in Afghanistan but Afghan war cannot be fought on Pakistani soil.

In an interview with Radio Pakistan, he emphasizes that regional countries should forge cooperation to eliminate terrorism from the region.

India is directly involved in insurgency and terrorism in Pakistan, he mentioned. Expert said , “our enemies want to prolong proxy war in Pakistan”.

CPEC will bring prosperity and development in Central Asian Republics and Afghanistan, he said.

Expert International Relations A.Z Hilali also said , Pakistan and Afghanistan should work together to bring stability to the region.
