Former Sindh CM’s interim bail extended till May 21

ISLAMABAD:Islamabad High Court (IHC) Wednesday extended the interim-bail of former Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah till May 21, in Thatha Sugar Mills and Dadu Sugar Mills case connected with fake accounts scandal.

A divisional bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani heard the interim bail plea of former Sindh chief minister.

The petitioner had pleaded the court that he was fully cooperating with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in its inquiry process related to above cases. He was an aged man and had threat of being arrested by NAB.
