ISLAMABAD:An Accountability Court Tuesday again sought reply from National Accountability Bureau (NAB) till May 21, in petitions seeking post arrest bails of former Karachi Stock Exchange chairman Hussain Lawai and Taha Raza in fake accounts case.
During course of proceeding, NAB could not submit answers to the IHC bench against the bail petitions and sought further time for this purpose.
The petitioner’s counsel pleaded before the bench that NAB had not issued arrests warrants against his clients.
He said both persons would cooperate with investigation of anti graft body if granted bail.
He prayed the court to grant post arrest bails to Lawai and Raza against surety bonds.
