Indian attack on LoC aimed to damage economy

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Chamber of Small Traders (ICST) on Wednesday termed Indian attack on LoC an economic offensive aimed at destabilising Pakistan.

Armed forces under the command of COAS Gen. Raheel has the ability to safeguard every inch on motherland, it said.

Attack of India army on LoC was an assault on Pakistan’s economy as some countries want to keep Pakistan destabilised and economic corridor project can be damaged, said Patron Islamabad Chamber of Small Traders Shahid Rasheed Butt.

He said that some countries and a super power have join hands to keep Pakistan from progress while Pakistan should foil these conspiracies.

Shahid Rasheed Butt lauded the retaliation by Pakistan Army which inflicted heavy losses on Indian forces. Army wants to achieve final success in the Zarb-e-Azb so that it can concentrate on other things but enemies have other plans to keep it engaged.

He said that China’s per capita income was less than that of Pakistan and India in 1980 but now it has become the largest trading power. China is planning to push Pakistan’s development through record investments which is now going down well with some countries.

The veteran business leader said that Pakistan has suffered colossal losses in US-led war against terror while the losses can be compensated though CPEC only. He called upon greater unity among people representing different walks of life to unite to foil unholy designs of enemies.
