ISLAMABAD:Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. However, a shallow westerly wave is likely to enter northern parts and its adjoining areas of the country on Thursday (evening/night), an official of Met office told reporter.
In last 24 hours weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country. Maximum temperatures recorded on Tuesday were Turbat 42°C, Lasbella, Mithi 41°C, Islamabad 33°C, Lahore 35, Karachi 36°C, Peshawar 34°C, Quetta 28°C, Gilgit 26°C, Chitral 27°C, Muzaffarabad 32°C, Murree 23°C, Skardu 20°C, Faisalabad 35°C, Multan 36°C, Hyderbad 39°C, Dir 29°C.
