MCI demands Rs 10 bln supplementary budget

ISLAMABAD: Metropolitan Corporation of Islamabad (MCI) has demanded Rs 10 billions supplementary budget from the federal government for its 32 rural union counsels.

MCI has demanded this budget through Islamabad District administration, said a senior official of MCI, while talking to reporter.

He said that local government department of the Islamabad administration has prepared a PC-1 for the development schemes of rural union counsels of capital.

He said MCI has requested the Chief Commissioner office to send budget proposal to the federal government in this regard.
