Nisar says he conveyed no complaints to ex-PM in meeting

ISLAMABAD: Refuting the rumours of rift with the party, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said he expressed no complaints to disqualified premier Nawaz Sharif in his one-to-one meeting with him Tuesday.

Speaking to journalists after Nawaz Sharif’s all-important press conference on Tuesday, he responded to questions saying let s see what happens next. The ex-interior minister stated that only political matters were discussed in the meeting with Nawaz Sharif.

Nisar appeared to be popular in media persons as several journalists gathered around him and pitched their pinching questions. Some even went on to take selfies with the PML-N leaders.

The ex-minister was in good mood and responded to questions with a smile. He avoided answering questions about his reported tensions with the ruling party.

When asked whether he will play an important role in future of PML-N, he said to be wait for the future.
