Pakistan to host Davis Cup tie against Korea

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will host the Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group-I tie against Korea scheduled to be held from February 2 to 4, 2018.

Talking to reporter, Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) Secretary Sanaullah Aman said a committee has been formed to look into the matters of the tie.

“International Tennis Federation (ITF) has allotted the Davis Cup tie to Pakistan which will be played on the grass courts of the Pakistan Sports Complex,” he said.

It may be mentioned here that Pakistan hosted two successful Davis Cup events here at the Pakistan Sports Complex. Pakistan hosted the Davis Cup Group-II tie against Iran this year in February while the final against Thailand was held in September.
