PPP completely trusts in Khursheed Shah, have majority votes

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) had complete trust in the opposition leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah and the party had support of majority of the members in the House.

PPP leaders in a media talk said here Friday that if any party wanted to change the opposition leader, it must follow the constitutional way.

PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira said his party had neither been a part of any ‘deal’ with the government nor it would do so in future.

He said the opposition leader could not be changed on wishes of a single person.

Similarly, he said, selection of Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and caretaker government had to be made in consultation with Leader of the House and Leader of the Opposition.

Chaudhry Manzoor commenting on the meeting between Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) said it would be one of the biggest deals of political history.
