Fake bank accounts case; SC adjourns bail plea of accused Dr Dinshaw

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday adjourned hearing of the bail plea filed by Dr Dinshaw, main accused in fake bank accounts case for two weeks.

A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial and comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Qazi Muhammad Amin Ahmed heard the

post-arrest bail plea filed by Dinshaw Hoshang Anklesaria.

At the outset of hearing, the court adjourned case due to illness of counsel Khawaja Haris. The bench also ordered to club the petitions of the other co-accused in the case.
