KARACHI:President, Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA-Karachi) and candidate of NA-250 Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman has said that Jamat-e-Islami (JI) chief Siraj ul Haq will address public gatherings to be held at seven different spots of the city on Sunday.
This he said while addressing a press conference at Idara Noor-e-Haq here on Saturday along with other MMA leaders.
Naeem ur Rehman said MMA would hold a public meeting on July 15 (Sunday) at Hasan Square Road. The central leadership of MMA would address the gathering, he added.
He said MMA had resolved the problems of people in past and hoped that people will show their confidence on MMA candidates on election day, July 25 by casting their vote in the favour of MMA.
He also expressed concern over the water shortage in the city and said MQM and PPP both were responsible for the water shortage because one was enjoying the city government while the other was the ruler of provincial.
