KARACHI: The 61st birth anniversary of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto was observed here on Saturday by the leaders and workers of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
According to a statement, MNA Qadir Patel and MPA Dr. Lal Chand visited the blood donation camp established by members of PPP Karachi at the Bilawal House to mark the birth anniversary.
Speaking on the occasion, they said that people cannot ignore the sacrifices of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto for the cause of democracy and for the welfare of the people. They also donated blood at the camp.
Provincial Minister Javed Nagori, Rashid Rabbani, Waqar Mehdi and Najami Alam were also present.
