KARACHI:Five research seminars were held in the faculty of physical sciences, Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khairpur on Wednesday.
Research scholar from the department of Computer Science, Sajid Hussain Danwar, delivered his MS seminar on “User modeling techniques in adaptive educational system: a comparative study” under the supervision of Prof Dr Samina Rajpar.
Saima Shoro presented her MS research seminar on “Learning objects design model for adaptive educational hypermedia system using computational thinking” under the supervision of Prof Dr Samina Rajpar.
While, Arbab Ali Solangi delivered his MS seminar on the topic “Framework to extract structured and unstructured knowledge using data driven approach, an institutional repository system of SALU” under the supervision of Chairman, department of computer science, Prof Ghulam Ali Mallah.
Meanwhile, Ali Lashari and Ayaz Ali Mugheri, M.Phil research scholars from the department of archaeology delivered their seminar under the supervision of Prof Dr Qasid Hussain Mallah on the different topics.
The dean faculty of physical sciences, Prof Dr Mumtaz Hussain Mahar presided over the seminars and declared seminars successful.
He said that they were providing latest facilities to our research scholar for research in University.
A large number of teachers, research scholars and students attended the seminars.
