KARACHI: Full attention would be paid by the government towards the rehabilitation and improvement of infrastructure in industrial areas of Hyderabad- a city of economic importance in the province and federal funds would also be utilized for the development purpose there.
This was stated by the Sindh Governor, Mohammad Zubair, while talking to a delegation of the Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI).
The HCCI delegation led by its president , Goharullah, called on Mohammad Zubair at the Governor House here on Wednesday.
The Governor pointed out that for fostering economic activities, the government is utilizing all the available resources.
He said that improvement in law and order has restored the confidence of the foreign investors who are coming up with investment leading to the setting up of new industries.
Zubair said that governmental efforts resulting in betterment in the lives of common man, creation of job opportunities and poverty alleviation.
He stated that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) would also be immense help for the over all development of the country’s economy.
