KARAK: Minister of Agriculture Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Major (R) Muhammad Sajjad Barakwal has underlined the need for promoting sunflower cultivation in the province.

Accompanied by Provincial General Secretary ISF Sanaullah Shah, President Tehsil Karak Asim Khattak, and senior worker Ashiq Munir, he was inspecting the sunflower crop in Village Council Kunda, District Karak.

He assured that the provincial government would provide full support and cooperation in this regard.

The provincial minister also held detailed meetings with the farmers and cultivators, informing them about the benefits of sunflower cultivation.

During this visit, he also listened to the problems of the people and assured them of their resolution soon. He stated that the provincial government would solve all issues on merit through mutual consultation with the public, without any personal preferences.

Furthermore, Major (R) Sajjad Barakwal also visited the Shagi Dabli Loaghar Road, stressing that the road would be completed within the st
ipulated time without compromising on the quality of work.

He held detailed discussions with the local leaders on other public interest issues in the area and assured them of their prompt resolution.
