Struggle against corruption to continue: Aslam Iqbal

LAHORE:Punjab Minister for Industry and Trade Mian Aslam Iqbal has said that prosperous, peaceful and developed Pakistan is our destination and efforts are being made to achieve this goal under the vibrant leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

He said this while addressing people after inauguration of a private company office at Queen’s Road, on Friday.

He said that former rulers hoodwinked the people and increased problems of people through loans. People had rejected these rulers in general elections 2018, who usurped the rights of children of poor people, he added.

The minister said struggle against corruption would continue and added that the incumbent government was introducing such schemes for development of the industrial sector, which would

bring about a revolution.

He said that with the grace of Allah Almighty, basic amenities would be made available at people’s doorsteps in the new Pakistan and promise of creating job opportunities and construction of houses for homeless people would be fulfilled.
