Provision of justice to masses is the first priority: Ikhtiar Khan

ABBOTTABAD:District and Sessions Judge Abbottabad Ikhtiar Khan Monday said that providing justice to the people is the top priority of the judiciary while the purpose of creating more courts is to provide relief to the people as soon as possible.

He expressed these views while addressing the inauguration ceremony of the new building of the Senior Civil Judge Court where Chairman All Employees Judicial Association Muhammad Shafiq Akbar prayed on the occasion.

Ikhtiar Khan said that despite the burden on the judiciary, they are committed to provide relief to the masses and resolving their cases as soon as possible.

On the occasion, senior Civil Judge Admin Tariq Shiraz, Civil Judge II Asif Raza, Civil Judge VI Sanam Sajjad, Civil Judge XI Syed Ajjal, Judicial Magistrate II Zia Jahangir participated also participated in the inauguration ceremony.

Civil Judge Qaratul Ain Chand Irfan thanked District and Sessions Judge Ikhtiar Khan, judges and president of All Pakistan Judicial Employees Association, Shafiq Akbar.
