WHY ROSEN LAW: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs’ Bar. Many of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or concealed material adverse facts concerning the true state of Phreesia’s slowing demand and reduced visibility in key revenue streams, notably, the weakened pharmaceutical marketing commitments in its Network Solutions segment. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

To join the Phreesia class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/phreesia-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action.

No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor’s ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.

CHX DEADLINE: ROSEN, RECOGNIZED INVESTOR COUNSEL, Encourages ChampionX Corporation Investors with Losses in Excess of $100K to Secure Counsel Before Important Deadline in Securities Class Action – CHX

NEW YORK, June 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —

WHY: Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds sellers of common stock of ChampionX Corporation (NASDAQ: CHX) between February 29, 2024 and April 1, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”), of the important July 14, 2026 lead plaintiff deadline.

SO WHAT: If you sold ChampionX common stock during the Class Period you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

WHAT TO DO NEXT: To join the ChampionX class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/championx-corporation/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs’ Bar. Many of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period failed to disclose material information, which artificially deflated the price of ChampionX common stock. On February 29, 2024, ChampionX received an unsolicited non-public offer from Schlumberger Limited to purchase all the outstanding shares of ChampionX for $36.70 per share. On March 7, 2024, Schlumberger raised its offer to $37.80 per share. The lawsuit alleges that while these offers were on the table and unknown to the investing public, ChampionX was repurchasing its common stock at market prices significantly below the prices offered by Schlumberger. ChampionX had an obligation to disclose that it had received a formal acquisition offer from Schlumberger or abstain from purchasing ChampionX stock from unsuspecting investors. During the Class Period, ChampionX’s average stock price was $33.32 per share. On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, during pre-market hours, ChampionX disclosed the merger with Schlumberger. The merger eventually closed on July 16, 2025, with Schlumberger acquiring ChampionX for $40.58 per share.

BONN, Germany, June 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Mavenir, the software company building cloud-native, AI-by-design mobile networks, today announced it has won the Deutsche Telekom Partner of the Year Award for Best Network Innovation. The award was presented at the Telekom Campus Fair 2026 by Deutsche Telekom’s senior leadership.

2026 Mavenir wins Deutsche Telekom Partner of the Year Award for Best Network Innovation

2026 Mavenir wins Deutsche Telekom Partner of the Year Award for Best Network Innovation

This recognition underscores Mavenir’s pivotal role in the Most Energy Efficient Core (MeeC) initiative, a flagship collaboration with Deutsche Telekom built on its Horizontal TelCo Cloud – the company’s own cloud architecture and a blueprint for the telecommunications industry. MeeC has redefined energy efficiency in 5G Core networks, delivering up to 65% reduction in energy consumption during low-traffic periods while maintaining uncompromised performance and service quality.

Launched in 2025, MeeC applies advanced AI-driven traffic analysis and predictive workload optimisation to identify and eliminate energy waste across 5G Core functions – without compromising network performance or service quality. The project demonstrated that significant energy reductions are achievable at commercial scale in live network environments.

Pardeep Kohli, Chief Executive Officer at Mavenir, said: “Winning Deutsche Telekom’s Partner Award is a tremendous honour for the entire Mavenir team. MeeC is a compelling demonstration of what becomes possible when cloud-native architecture, AI-driven automation, and genuine partnership combine. Sustainable networks are not a future ambition – they are an operational reality, and we are proud to have helped Deutsche Telekom prove that at scale.”

The Telekom Partner Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions from Deutsche Telekom partners in the fields of network technology, operations, and sustainability. The award was also jointly presented to AMD in recognition of their contribution to the MeeC initiative.

Ancient Tiger Craft from Xun County, Henan Roars into Modern Homes

HEBI, China, June 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Amid the scent of natural paste and cotton, Qin Ran sits at her workbench, fingers dancing across colorful fabric pieces. The municipal-level heritage inheritor is reviving the 600-year-old Wanhufu Tiger craft through an unlikely medium: refrigerator magnets.

The Wanhufu Tiger (“Tiger of Ten Thousand Blessings”) has long symbolized fortune and protection in Chinese folk tradition. Its signature “layered adhesion” technique—bonding multiple fabric layers into three-dimensional forms—has been passed down through generations in Xun County. Now this ancient art is finding new life as zodiac-themed fridge decorations.

“We use four layers of cotton with natural paste,” Qin explains. “This makes the base thicker and ideal for embroidery, while keeping materials safe for all ages.”

Her process remains faithful to tradition: selecting pure cotton and silk, cutting precise zodiac shapes, adhering layers with natural paste, then adding beaded eyes and embroidered details. Each magnet requires 12 meticulous steps; a full zodiac set takes one week.

The innovation lies in functionality. By embedding strong magnets, Qin transforms heritage exhibits into practical household items. “Younger generations find them more accessible,” she notes.

This “glorious transformation” preserves core techniques while meeting modern demand for blessing-themed décor. The compact magnets carry centuries of cultural memory into contemporary kitchens.

“We’ve expanded to bag charms too,” Qin adds. “Using these items is itself cultural inheritance. When our zodiac animals enter thousands of homes, more people appreciate and carry forward this heritage.”

Qin’s work reflects China’s broader effort to sustain intangible cultural heritage through innovation. By adapting ancient crafts for daily use, artisans ensure traditions remain vibrant and relevant.

In Xun County, the Wanhufu Tiger no longer gathers dust in display cases—it holds children’s artwork on refrigerators nationwide, bridging past and present one magnet at a time.

Austria’s Sindbad Mentoring Wins F1® Allwyn Global Community Award – Securing €100,000 to Combat Educational Inequality

F1 Allwyn Global Community Awards, Austria
F12026GPAUT08_JT00617

The F1® Allwyn Global Community Award 2026 trophy presented to Barbara Krainer and Julia Unterberger from winning local community initiative Sindbad Mentoring at the FORMULA 1® LENOVO AUSTRIAN GRAND PRIX 2026 in Spielberg, Austria.

SPIELBERG, Austria, June 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Sindbad Mentoring has today been crowned the winner of the F1® Allwyn Global Community Award at the FORMULA 1® LENOVO AUSTRIAN GRAND PRIX 2026. The non-profit organisation, which empowers young people through one-to-one mentoring, has been awarded a transformative €100,000 donation from Allwyn, the lottery-led entertainment company. This will supercharge Sindbad’s mission to level the playing field for young people, boost social mobility, and inspire them to pursue their dream career pathways, especially in STEM.

Many young people from disadvantaged backgrounds still lack access to professional networks, role models, and career guidance, creating barriers to social mobility. This means a massive pool of potential talent is being overlooked – where many bright young minds never get the chance to enter sectors such as STEM, manufacturing and green tech.

Operating across Austria and newly launched in Germany, Sindbad Mentoring connects teenagers aged 13-19 from underrepresented backgrounds with long term, personal mentors. Since 2019, 8,400 young people across Austria have taken part. By breaking down social barriers and building cross-background mentoring relationships, the non-profit helps teens develop a true sense of confidence and belonging, while gaining valuable insights into their future careers, especially in STEM fields.

Allwyn’s donation will support Sindbad’s further expansion, helping to close the opportunity gap by strengthening access to education, training, professional networks, and employment. With Allwyn’s support, Sindbad could provide mentoring to 35 additional young people in Graz, with a stronger focus on STEM and motorsport-related career pathways.

The Award’s judging panel recognised the recipient’s power to create lasting impact, delivering enduring societal benefit through sustained youth development. Mentoring builds vital self-esteem and character in the young people that need it most, providing a critical support network to make big educational and career choices which they may not otherwise receive from their immediate family or community.

Sindbad Mentoring is the second non-profit to be recognised by the F1® Allwyn Global Community Award in 2026. Following a highly successful inaugural year in 2025, this year’s programme launched last month with Canadian charity La Tablée des Chefs winning the first award at the FORMULA 1® LENOVO GRAND PRIX DU CANADA for its vital work in fighting food insecurity, by recovering and redistributing meals to vulnerable families.

More NGOs will be recognised across the Grand Prix race locations this season, including at the Formula 1 Pirelli British Grand Prix 2026 next week. Later in the year, Formula 1® fans will have the chance to cast their vote on their favourite initiatives, as part of Allwyn’s plan to bring these fans closer to the programme.

Erwin van Lambaart, CEO and General Director of Casinos Austria AG and Österreichische Lotterien and F1® Allwyn Global Community Award judge, said: “We are proud to award the F1® Allwyn Global Community Award to Sindbad Mentoring. Its commitment to guiding young people through their critical developmental years offers a profound, human impact that extends far beyond the individual. At Allwyn, we believe the true power of sport lies in its ability to unite and uplift the communities that host us across the Grands Prix. By fostering self-esteem and education during these formative years, Sindbad Mentoring is not only transforming lives today but creating a ripple effect of opportunity that will benefit these young people, and their entire community, for a lifetime.”

Ellen Jones, Head of ESG at Formula 1 and F1® Allwyn Global Community Award judge, said: “Sindbad Mentoring’s model doesn’t just offer immediate help, but builds enduring confidence and opportunity, a mission that mirrors Formula 1’s own commitment to ensuring our sport acts as a powerful catalyst for growth and inclusion worldwide. We are thrilled to name Sindbad Mentoring the winner of the very first Austrian Formula 1® Allwyn Global Community Award, and look forward to seeing the fantastic impact made by this initiative in years to come.”

F1® Allwyn Global Community Award winner, and Co-Head of Sindbad Mentoring, Barbara Krainer, said: We are incredibly proud and grateful to receive this recognition. Above all, this award belongs to our volunteer mentors and the entire Sindbad community, whose commitment makes a lasting difference in the lives of young people every day. Through our long-term one-on-one mentoring program, we support young people during the critical transition from school to further education, training, or employment, helping them build confidence, discover their strengths, and connect with new ideas and opportunities.”

F1® Allwyn Global Community Award winner, and Co-Head of Sindbad Mentoring, Julia Unterberger, added: The generous support from Allwyn will allow us to increase our impact and provide mentoring to 35 additional young people in Graz. Furthermore, we are particularly excited to expand our focus on STEM and motorsport-related career pathways, helping young people explore new possibilities and actively shape their own futures. Together with our partners from schools, businesses, and civil society, we are strengthening access to opportunities and reducing educational inequality.”
