FAISALABAD: In a crackdown against beggars, the district social welfare department caught 40 professional beggars including women on Wednesday and handed them over to police.
The anti-beggary squad caught beggars from Jinnah Colony Chowk, Chenab Chowk, GC University
Chowk and Railway Station.
Police have registered cases against the beggars.
