All set for SME fair at MCCI from Monday

MULTAN:Preparations have been finalized for the “SME Fair” to be started at Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) from January 24 (Monday) for promotion of small scale industries and development of SME sector.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs, Usman Dar would also deliver a special address regarding Kamyab Jawan programme via video link.

The two-days SME Fair for Small and Medium men and women Enterprenures in collaboration with MCCI and State Bank of Pakistan Multan will continue till Tuesday January 25.

Awareness about various loan schemes initiated by the government including Kamyab Jawan programme, home scheme and SAAF programmes will be given and applications for loans will also be received.

A special seminar is also being organized in SME fair in which MD SBP Ashraf Khan and SBP officials would participate.

Habib Bank, National Bank, JS Bank, United Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Al Falah, Habib Metro Bank and Bank of Punjab will set up their own stalls in this SME fair.

The applications would be received for the provision of loans on the spot.
