KARACHI:For facilitating the collection of government receipts, the field offices of SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) and authorized branches of National Bank of Pakistan will observe extended banking hours till 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
For this purpose, a special clearing has been arranged at 6:00 p.m on the same day through National Institutional Facilitation Technologies (Pvt) Limited (NIFT), said State Bank of Pakistan’s release here on Thursday.
All banks have been advised to keep their concerned branches open on October 15 till such time that is necessary to facilitate the special clearing for government transactions by NIFT.
