ISLAMABAD: The management of Capital Development Authority (CDA) has put up commercial plots for auction in various develop sectors of Islamabad.
The CDA has also appointed an auction committee of experts to guide the auction of commercial plots of different sizes in the develop sectors of Islamabad and to guide investors, a news release said.
Investors also purchased brochures of commercial plots offered for auction online. In addition, brochures are also available on the One Window Directorate of the CDA as well as selected bank branches can be done
In addition, the Auction Committee has announced a 10 percent discount on lump sum payments to successful bidders within 30 days, and approval of the building plan to the investor after payment of the first instalment after final approval by the CDA Board. Construction will be allowed on full payment of the plot as well
It should be noted that the auction of 29 commercial plots managed by the CDA will be held on August 4 and 5 at the Convention Centre Islamabad.
In addition to the commercial plots of Developed Sector D-12, G-10, Blue Area, Sector I-8, F-8, F-11 and other sectors of Islamabad, commercial plots of hospitals, petrol pumps, hotels and apartments are being auctioned under CDA management included.
