PESHAWAR:Special Assistant to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister on Industries, Abdul Karim Tordher Friday inaugurated MSK Steel Fabrication Unit in Mohmand Economic Zone (MEZ).
He was accompanied by Chief Executive Officer Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zone Development and Management Company, Javed Iqbal Khattak, Deputy Commissioner Mohmand, Ghulam Habib, District Police Officer Mohmand, Salah Uddin Kundi, concerned officials and tribal elders.
He also visited and approved site for expansion of MEZ and inaugurated construction of MS Koh e Moar marble factory, marble cutting plant.
Afterwards he visited various under construction Industrial units and met with owners.
He also talked to tribal elders and informed them about government initiative of giving interest free loans through Bank of Khyber to industrial and mining sector.
He said that survey for establishing Small Industrial Estates has already been done in Prhang-Ghar District Mohmand and Bajorh District.
He said that setting up of these industrial zones would revolutionize the economy of the province and change socio-economic conditions of people.
