Islamabad

ISLAMABAD:An Accountability Court (AC) on Monday adjourned hearing till December 6, on Kidney Hills reference against ex-deputy chairman senate Saleem Mandviwala and others.

The hearing was adjourned without further proceeding due to the absence of NAB prosecutor in the case.

AC-I Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the reference filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Mandviwala and others for illegal allotment of Kidney Hills plots. The court marked the attendances of the accused and also accepted one-day exemption from hearing of co-accused Ijaz Haroon and others.

Meanwhile, the court sought arguments from respondents on acquittal plea of accused including Bilal Sheikh and others in Sindh Bank graft reference.
