RAWALPINDI: Additional and Sessions Judge Masood Akhtar Kiani Thursday awarded death sentence to an accused in a murder case.
According to details, accused Gul Bahar had killed victim Abdul Rehman over old enmity in February 2020.
Earlier, police had registered a case against the accused on the report of the victim’s son Aqib Rehman at police station Kalar Syeda.
After recording evidence of the witnesses and final arguments by the defence and prosecution, the court awarded death sentence and fined Rs 500, 000 on the convict.
