BAHAWALPUR: Deputy Commissioner Irfan Ali Kathia Wednesday visited Farid Gate and Police Post Lari Ada and checked the ongoing polio drive.
He inspected the performance of polio teams. District Coordinator Dr. Khalid Chanar was also present on the occasion.
The deputy commissioner said that children up to the age of five years should be vaccinated against polio during the campaign.
He said the polio teams should work actively in the field. During this time, not a single child should remain deprived of the polio vaccine.
He said the relevant staff should actively perform their duties to make this campaign successful.
