SARGODHA: Director Excise and Taxation (E&T) Sargodha region Muhammad Ali Naveed has said that in the first three months of the current financial year, the department recovered Rs 409.3 million taxes.
He said that till Sept 30, 2021, the Sargodha district recovered Rs 242 million, Khushab Rs 96 million, Mianwali Rs 37 million and Bhakkar district recovered Rs 38.5 million under various taxes.
During this period of time, 10% discount on property tax was given through E-pay and 5 per cent through bank, he added.
