KARACHI:Spokesperson of Sindh Government and Advisor for Law, Environment and Coastal Development Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Monday said that the garbage collection from all districts of Karachi would now be started under a uniform policy.
Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between a Spanish company and a Chinese company for solid waste management in Central and Korangi districts of Karachi, said a statement issued here.
He said that an agreement had been signed with a Spanish company from Central District and a Chinese company from Korangi District to collect garbage, under which the sanitation work in the city would be organized on scientific lines.
