FAISALABAD:Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF) has invited applications from private colleges for affiliation with GCUF by June 30, 2021. According to GCUF Chairman Affiliation Committee, private colleges are bound to hire services of at least 3 regular faculty members for BS programme, in which, they want to get affiliation. The university affiliation committee will also check bank statements for payment of salaries to these regular faculty members and if any college failed to pay them salary as regular faculty members, then affiliation will not be granted. He further said that private colleges should be sprawling over at least 4 Kanals of land and at least 4 class rooms should be allocated for each BS programme. Similarly, relevant books and material should be available in college library and laboratory which was mandatory and prerequisite before grant of affiliation, he added.
