ISLAMABAD:Spokesperson of Ministry of Finance Muzzammil Aslam on Friday said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government had launched numerous projects for the development of agriculture sector and providing interest
free loans to farmers.
Talking to a private news channel, he said that the support price of different crops has been increased for the development of farmers.
To a question, he said that the mini budget had been presented in the past due to the chasing of tax targets.
When Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had came into the power the mini budget been presented by Miftah Ismail Finance Minister of previous regime, he added.
To another question, he said that State Bank of Pakistan working independently without any involvement of the government for the sake of development of the national economy.
