KARACHI:None of the previous governments fought for the Kashmir cause as the present government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan has raised the issue at international level, said the federal and provincial legislatures on Tuesday.
Talking to reporter , they said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan had successfully internationalized the case of oppressed people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and it is no longer the internal issue of India.
The legislators were of the view that the way Pakistan government raised the Indian oppressive measures in occupied Kashmir and occupation of the held valley on the international forums had no past precedent.
