BAHAWALPUR:Deputy Chief, Jamaat-e-Islami South Punjab, Syed Zeeshan Akthar on Thursday has demanded of the government to ensure payment of additional allowances to female health workers performing duties in COVID-19 Corona vaccination campaign.
According to a press release issued by the JI Bahawalpur office here, he said that a large number of female health workers had been fulfilling their duties to vaccinate people against fatal disease of COVID-19 Corona virus.
He said that the female health workers had been working day and night against the pandemic.
He urged the government to ensure payment of additional and other allowances to female health workers.
