PESHAWAR:The Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has setup three committees for different level of functionaries to regulate postings/transfers regime aiming to achieve transparency, meritocracy, improved services delivery and right man for the right job for managerial and other senior positions in the department.
A notification of the Health Department notifies three committees including Search and Placement Committee senior positions, Search and Placement Committee for Health Managers and Placement Committee for posting of Specialists and General Cadre doctors and other functionaries in BS-17 and above.
The board mandate the committee will be to identify, shortlist and recommend suitable candidates from amongst existing employees of the Health Department for postings/transfer.
