LAHORE: Lahore Central Business District Development Authority (LCBDDA) auctioned five commercial plots in “Lahore Prime” area through an open auction .
Bidders from national and international leading investment groups and developers participated in the auction process.
Talking on occasion CEO, LCBDDA, Imran Amin said that the Lahore Prime will be a sign of inspiration and a class of new beginning in the field of construction. He added that his team was striving to put every effort for the success of this project and sincerely hopes that it will benefit the brighter future of all the stakeholders.
Overall 13 bidders took part in the auction where Lahore Prime 1 was won by Nova City Developers & Bayraktar Insaat (a Turkish Real Estate giant), Lahore Prime 2 by AEC, Lahore Prime 3 by M. Abbas Khan and Lahore Prime 4 & 5 picked up by Pakistan Corporate Consortium.
