RAWALPINDI:The Chaklala Cantonment Board has directed the Old Grant Lease holders to get regularized their leased properties till Dec 31.
The board has decided to confiscate the properties owned by the citizens under the old grant Lease policy in case of failure to regularize them by Dec 31, warning that the old grant Leases should be regularized in time to avoid any legal action.
According to Chaklala Cantonment Board officials, the extended old grant
conversion policy in Chaklala Cantt would expire on Dec 31 this year.
The lease holders have been advised to get converted their properties to regular leases by completing the prescribed form schedule otherwise, after the deadline all such properties within the limits of Chaklala Cantt would be confiscated.
