BAHAWALPUR: Non-governmental organization, Mariam Fatima Foundation distributed plants among people as efforts to make country green and pollution free.
According to a press release issued here, under the auspices of NGO, Mariam Fatima Foundation, a ceremony entitled with Green Pakistan was organized here. The ceremony was attended by Bishop Naeem, a leader of Pakistan National Peace Committee, Mr. Peter, a leader of Pakistan Peoples Party Minority Wing, Chaudhary Rasheed Masih, Shehzad Sahotra and others.
On the occasion, plants and saplings were distributed among people as sign of efforts to make Pakistan a green and pollution free country.
