NAWABSHAH: National voter’s day to be observed on December 7 (Tuesday) to spotlight the significance of a vote and to encourage people especially youth and women to register for voting.
According to a handout issued by the district information office, district Election Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Pervaiz Ahmed Kalwar on Monday said that like previous year National voter’s day would also be observed this year on 7 December.
In this connection, an awareness rally will be taken out from the district election office to Sheraz Chowk at 11 am.
Members of the district education committee and other officers will participate in the rally. An awareness camp will also be set up at Sheraz Chowk.
